Monitoring is essential to verifying the effectiveness of the interventions and initiatives promoted by the projects that are active in the territory. Consequently, they will be carried out as follows:
The monitoring of habitats and species before and after the implementation of LIFE Brenta 2030 interventions
The monitoring plan is essential to verifying the effectiveness of conservation interventions and to update information on the protected area. In addition, it will be possible to assess the change in habitats and species compared to water abstraction, in order to identify appropriate mitigation works.
The assessment of the socio-economic impacts of the LIFE project
Taking into consideration different categories of stakeholders (public bodies, water service users, farmers, users) it will be possible to estimate how the project has had an economic and social impact, with reference to the financing mechanism and not only.
Monitoring and assessment of the impacts of the LIFE project on water ecosystem services
The objective of the action is to monitor the water supply service of the ecosystems of the site and to assess the impact of conservation and harvesting interventions on them.
